New statement following rockets fired into Tel Aviv

Save the Children’s Regional Director, Jeremy Stoner said: 

'Save the Children is deeply concerned at reports of rockets fired into Israel last night, reportedly injuring seven people including three children. We urgently call on both sides to uphold the ceasefire and prevent any further injury to children in Israel or Gaza.

Save the Children holds closing workshop for the EU funded project Youth Advocacy Led Action

Today, Save the Children, with its partners the Palestinian Counselling Centre and MA’AN Development Centre celebrated a closing workshop for the 20 month EU-funded project Youth Advocacy for Leadership and Action (YALA). Community based organizations and beneficiaries from the four impact locations: Qaryout, Douma, Qalandiya and Shu’fat, were also in attendance.

مؤسسة إنقاذ الطفل تعقد ورشه عمل ختاميه لمشروع تعزيز قدرات الشباب للريادة والتغيير (يلا شباب) والممول من الاتحاد الأوروبي



احتفلت اليوم مؤسسة إنقاذ الطفل وشركائها "المركز الفلسطيني للإرشاد ومركز العمل التنموي/معاً"، في ورشة عمل ختاميه لمشروع تعزيز قدرات الشباب للريادة والتغيير (يلا شباب) الممول من الاتحاد الأوروبي والذي استمر مدة 20 شهرا. كما حضر هذا الحفل ممثلون عن المؤسسات المجتمعية والمستفيدون في المواقع الاربعة من هذا المشروع: قريتي قريوت ودوما ومخيمي شعفاط وقلنديا.

Hebron monitors: aid organisations raise the alarm at increased risks to civilians

Palestinians, including children, left without international protection in one of the most volatile areas in the occupied Palestinian territory.

RAMALLAH - The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC), Oxfam and Save the Children have warned today that hundreds of civilians, including children, will see their safety put at risk by the withdrawal of international observers deployed in the city of Hebron.
